The Third International Symposium on Fish Otolith Research and Application will be held at Jupiters Hotel & Casino, Townsville, from 11-16 July 2004.

It will bring together leading scientists from around the world to present state-of-the-art and future directions of this increasingly important area of research, including the application of this research to contemporary fisheries assessment and management. CRC Reef will host this important international scientific event in association with James Cook University.
