Objective
To improve engineering practices for the design, construction and operation
of Reef facilities and coastal development infrastructure.
Strategy
A range of applied engineering research tasks have been established to provide
management agencies, private developers
and engineering consultants with guidelines to improve safety, minimise
impacts and understand the effects of various engineering developments
in the Great Barrier Reef.
